General

Personal information is all kinds of information that can be attributed to you to one extent or another. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such information. This happens e.g. by general access to content if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register as a user or subscriber, otherwise use services or make purchases via the website. We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographic location, and which pages you click on (interests). To the extent that you give explicit consent to this and enter the information yourself, the following are also processed: Name, telephone number, e-mail, address and payment information.

We process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the Personal Data Regulation and the Data Protection Act. Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when this purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant. We have taken technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

Purpose

The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the ads that are most likely to be relevant to you, to register your purchases and payments, and to be able to deliver the services you have requested, such as e.g. to send a newsletter. In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content.

Period of storage

The information is stored for the period of time permitted by law, and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.

Disclosure of information

Data about your use of the website, which advertisements you receive and possibly clicks on, geographic location, gender and age segment, etc. are passed on to third parties to the extent that this information is known. You can see which third parties are involved in the section on "Cookies" above. The information is used for advertising targeting. We also use a number of third parties to store and process data. These only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. Dissemination of personal data such as name and e-mail etc. will only take place if you give consent to it. PERSONAL DATA POLICY

In the following, you can read about how Needle Talent processes personal data in accordance with the EU's personal data regulation (GDPR) and the Danish personal data legislation. We make extensive use of SaaS solutions (software as a service solutions, which are in the cloud with our supplier). And we use experienced suppliers who are used to processing and storing data. We have chosen this both to streamline our processes and to ensure high data security and compliance with applicable legislation.

We only collect personal data in cases where this would be relevant for us, and we will only collect personal data if it is relevant to your activity at Needle Talent. Processing basis and purpose

We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to be able to deliver the product or service that you have purchased from us. We collect your e-mail address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation. Your information (except your e-mail address, if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 24 months from the last time you were on our website.

Other recipients of personal data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries. We have our website with UnoEuro, which acts as our data processor. All personal data that you provide on our website will be stored in UnoEuro's data centres. We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and in certain cases process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors. We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.

    PERSONAL DATA POLICY FOR CANDIDATES FOR POSITIONS AND CV DATABASE

    For what purpose do we store and process personal data?

    Needle Talent is a headhunting agency, and therefore we store and process personal data for the purpose of filling positions with our clients. At the same time, we want to help people further in their careers. Therefore, we process your application, your CV, etc., and store your data.

    What data do we store?

    Your CV (however without personal data – see below)

  • Professional profile description prepared by our Technical Specialists
  • Possibly application
  • Relevant notes written down by our headhunters
  • What data do we not store?

    We do not store special personal data (sensitive personal data) such as:

  • Your full CPR no
  • Racial or ethnic background
  • Biometric data, etc. unique identification
  • Political, religious or philosophical beliefs
  • Trade union affiliation
  • Information about health or sexual conditions
  • Information about criminal conditions
  • Specifically regarding criminal record:

    Criminal record, obtained in relevant cases via you. You will have to give consent to this, even if it is you who obtains the criminal record yourself. You must also give consent for us to hand over the certificate to our customer. We delete the certificate at Needle Talent after sending it to our customer. If, when reviewing the database, we see CVs or files that contain the above sensitive or semi-sensitive data, these will be deleted.

    HOW, HOW LONG AND WHERE DO WE STORE DATA?

    We use LinkedIn's Recruiter Professional:

    Here we search for and initiate dialogue with candidates. Here we have access to the data you have on your public LinkedIn profile. We often communicate with candidates via LinkedIn's e-mail system. These e-mail dialogues – and possibly added notes related to your profile- will be deleted after 12 months at the latest. LinkedIn data and e-mails via LinkedIn's mail system are stored by LinkedIn.

    We use Microsoft Office365 for regular e-mails:

    Correspondence between Needle Talent and candidates is deleted after 12 months. Correspondence between Needle Talent and companies containing candidate data is deleted after 12 months. Emails are stored at Microsoft Office 365 data centers. You can continuously follow Microsoft's terms for Online services.

    Other dialogues between Needle Talent and candidates are deleted after 12 months:

    This applies, for example, to text messages, dialogue via Facebook and other social media, as well as dialogue via other channels.

    When printing your data:

    If we print your data, these will be shredded as soon as possible and no later than 1 month after the end of the headhunting task.

    When you apply for a position via Needle Talent:

    When you apply for a position via Needle Talent, it will be done as an ordinary e-mail, where we use Microsoft Office 365. Rules for storing CVs and any application will follow the rules mentioned above applicable to "ordinary e-mails".

    When you send us your CV to our CV database:

    If you want us to be able to contact you regarding job opportunities, then you can choose to send us your CV via our email system mentioned above. Our storage rules will follow the rules mentioned for "ordinary e-mails".

    When Needle Talent contacts you via e.g. LinkedIn or in another way:

    We actively contact candidates that we find relevant for positions that we fill for our clients. This is done via LinkedIn or other channels. If you are interested in the position we present to you, we would like to ask you to send us a CV. This data will be stored for 12 months, after which the data will be deleted.

    Consent to take references - How do we take references on you?

    Sometimes we refer to a candidate. References are taken exclusively from persons to whom you have provided contact data and whom Needle Talent has obtained consent to contact. Possibly. notes from reference taking will be deleted as soon as these have been passed on to the customer.

    Data about you when you need to be introduced to a company:

    Recruiters typically send a CV and a professional profile description to a company. Our storage rules will follow the rules mentioned for "ordinary e-mails".

    You have the right to be deleted:

    If you wish to have your data deleted sooner than 12 months, you can inform Needle Talent about this. We will immediately then delete all relevant data in relation to you.

    PERSONAL DATA POLICY FOR EMPLOYEES AT Needle Talent

    When you are employed by Needle Talent, we store your data in a systematic folder structure on Google Drive. We only use employee data for personnel administration.

    Needle Talent's locations are properly secured. All computers must be opened with a password. In addition, all systems must be entered with a password. If candidate data is printed, it will be shredded no later than 12 months after the end of the recruitment process. Our consultants are also aware of the discretion that must be present when visitors come to Needle Talent.

    IN THE EVENT OF BREACH OF SECURITY

    If we register a breach of personal data security which entails a risk to the rights or freedoms of natural persons, we will report the breach to the Danish Data Protection Authority without undue delay and if possible no later than 72 hours after we have become aware of it. We will also inform the affected persons.
